CHANGES TO ORDER

Once you’ve placed your order, it joins a queue for processing. We are therefore unable to make any changes, additions or amendments to orders.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns accepted for 30 days
Customer provides return shipping
No restocking fee
No final sale items

If you change your mind or for some reason you're not completely satisfied with your product, simply return your Kids Made Sports product unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase to receive a store credit.

This applies to full-priced purchases only and the return postage will be at your expense.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Kids Made Sports Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 3 working days. Your store credit is valid for two years from the date of issue.

In the unlikely event you receive a product with manufacturing defects, we will exchange it at no extra cost to you or provide a refund.
